As the Associate Director of Nursing you will be responsible for the oversight management of our extraordinary clinical staff, as well as the daily interdisciplinary delivery of hospice care and services to Hospice patients and their families in our Inpatient Center. The successful candidate will possess a current NYS RN License, Master’s Degree in Healthcare or Management along with a BSN and a minimum of 3 years bedside nursing experience in an acute care setting; with at least 2 years of managerial experience. Strong proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and superior communication, interpersonal and leadership skills will be expected.
